    Applications, references, employment and previous-landlord checks before anyone gets keys.

  • Tenancy agreements and inspections

    BC tenancy agreements, addenda, and condition inspection reports at move-in and move-out, done properly.

  • Rent and deposits

    Rent is collected into Century 21 Amos Realty's trust account and paid out to you monthly with a statement. Tenants' security and pet deposits are passed on to you to hold.

  • Maintenance and repairs

    Tenants call me, not you. I coordinate repairs with reliable local trades and keep you in the loop.

  • Rent increases and notices

    Annual increases within the provincial limit, and every notice served correctly and on time.

  • When things go wrong

    Late rent, damage, or a dispute: I document it, follow the Residential Tenancy Act, and handle the RTB process.

What does it cost?

It depends on the property and what you need. Request a rental analysis and I'll give you a clear quote. There's no obligation.

Who holds the rent and the damage deposit?

Rent is collected into Century 21 Amos Realty's trust account and paid out to you each month, less fees, with a statement. Security and pet deposits are collected from the tenant and passed on to you, to hold until the tenancy ends.

Do I get a say in who rents my place?

Yes. I'll tell you who I recommend and why, and you make the final call.

Which areas do you cover?

Penticton, Summerland, Naramata, Kaleden, Okanagan Falls and nearby. If you're not sure, just ask.

My property already has tenants. Can you take it over?

Yes. I'll review the existing tenancy agreement and deposits, introduce myself to the tenants, and carry on from there.
